Frozen Shoulder

Frozen shoulder involves stiffness and pain in the shoulder joint. Ligaments have started to stick to the bone causing the shoulder to lose its mobility.

Signs and symptoms typically begin slowly. This condition is extremely restrictive and often very painful. Having to keep a shoulder still for a long period increases the risk of developing frozen shoulder. This might happen after having surgery or breaking an arm.

The condition also leads to sleep problems, depression, neck pain and back problems – all of which benefit greatly from regular chiropractic treatments and deep tissue massage therapy.

In order to help, we gently get the shoulder moving again and work on the surrounding muscles and joints to ensure the healing process can complete fully and naturally.
