Treatments
In the year 2022, I successfully graduated with a distinguished degree in sports and exercise therapy, thereby cementing my academic foundation in this field.
Since qualifying I have had the honour of working at a number of prestigious sporting events, ranging from athletics and basketball to football and even the iconic London Marathon!
Recently I have worked with semi-professional football teams, where I played a pivotal role in their pre-season training, strength and conditioning programs, rehabilitation, injury assessments, as well as providing pitch-side treatments and first aid.

I have a strong interest in the human body & biology but also a passion for sport and exercise, this job is the perfect combination of learning and putting theory into practice and seeing results first hand.
