I've had pain in my shoulder for a while from working many years at a computer, and Steph has totally turned this around for me. I saw improvement after the first few sessions, which were much gentler than I was expecting from a chiropractor. Coupled with the exercise routines she gave me to do at home, I'm now in maintenance mode, and well on top of the pain. Steph is friendly, professional, and flexible with appointment times. She's also been well-organised with PPE during Covid. I've really enjoyed our sessions, and the only reason I won't be seeing her anymore is because we're moving to a different part of the country. However, I have found a local McTimoney practitioner where we're moving to, and fully intend to continue my treatment.

what can I say about Steph, went to see her after recommendation from a friend, went in totally broken with severe and I mean severe back pain. Steph was awesome, very thorough and listened to everything I had to say, after several appointments spread over a period of a few months I was well on the way to recovery... thanks so so much. Ps her covid precautions are great so you can go see her with peace of mind. Stu

I visited Steph for the first time last year for a sports massage; my first ever massage and my god, it was amazing! Really helped to ease my back pain and I felt far more comfortable. Steph made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process and my back pain/tension eased. Once lockdown is relaxed I will be booking back in and getting back onto a schedule. Extremely friendly and professional service. 100% recommend.

I can’t recommend Steph @ Back in Line enough! I visited for the first time due to back pain and she made me feel so at ease and was so friendly. I have had a few appointments and each time I was so impressed and have come away with absolutely no pain. Her customer service and professionalism is second to none, and I highly recommend the clinic! Thank you.
